Strange Trajectories is the name of this artwork that is on display at the Alliance Francaise in Canberra. The artists of this work include Michal Glickson, who painted, and Anne Madeleine, who provided the photography. I feel that this artwork is a new and exciting style that I have never seen before. I love how the cars and the background of the picture are shown through photography, as provided by Anne, and how the middle of the picture pops as the buildings "come to life'," although we know buildings do not look like this in reality. This draws your attention to the middle of the picture and the stream of cars racing through the city. I think that this artwork suggests that our lives can be so chaotic in this changing and strange world that we are all trying to understand. Another meaning of this artwork could be that we are always moving to fast in life to enjoy the world we live in, explaining the word, "rest," that appears to look soft like the wind. I really enjoyed this painting as artwork that I have never seen before but grasped my attention.
